Gluten Free Coconut Brownie


Who said that eating healthy is suffering!?

We all crave for something sweet once in a while and want to give a treat to our bodies.

This week I craved for brownie! So I decided to transform the old fashion recipe full of hydrogenated oils, trans fat and refined sugars for a Healthy Treat.

This is a low glycemic, gluten free, superfoods Brownie!

COCONUT/PEPPERMINT BROWNIE

1/3 cup coconut oil

3 eggs

1 tbsp almond butter

1/3 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/3 cup coconut sugar or 1/4 tsp stevia

1/2 organic raw unsweetened chocolate bar, chopped into chunks

4 drops Peppermint essential oil

Mix everything in a bowl, except the chunks.

Put it in a baking dish (8x8).

Add the chunks and cook at 350 F for 15 min.
